Returns & Exchanges

At DUSK, we want you to love your home sanctuary, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on all unused bedding and decor items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses and pillows can only be returned if they remain in their vacuum-sealed wrapping.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original DUSK packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
